§ Mr. WakehamMy hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State discussed these matters with Community colleagues at the informal Energy Council in Rome on 16 July. I also expect these matters to be discussed with other EC Ministers both individually and at future Energy Councils.
