§ Mrs. Gillian ShephardThe public expenditure White Paper—Cm. 1014—contains the present planning totals for social security expenditure. These totals do not take account of the community care benefit changes now planned for 1993. Adjustments to these totals for any reason will be made in this year's public expenditure survey in the usual way.
