§ Mr. LangThere has been a regular on-going dialogue between officials of the Training Agency and officials of608W Shetland islands council and Orkney islands council. In the period from January to May 1990 this included formal and informal consultations between officials about youth training funding for 1990–91 and the introduction of the new youth training contract.
