§ Mr. Alan ClarkOur current plans are that the proposed safety exclusion zone should be delineated by a wire-mesh fence, about 4 ft high, at a distance of about 1,100 ft to the front and sides of the transmitter aerials. It will be prominently signed in both Welsh and English, and will be contained well within the MOD boundary of the site. There are no plans to illuminate it. I regret that the costs of maintaining the safety exclusion zone and fence cannot be isolated from the estimated costs of maintaining the installation as a whole.
