§ Mr. Peter Lloyd[holding answer 16 July 1990]: We have no such information. Under the provisions of part IX of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984, there are matters for the Police Complaints Authority and the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis. I understand from the commissioner that this information is not available in the form requested and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
