§ Mr. McLoughlinThe existing Merchant Shipping (Dangerous Goods) Regulations 1981, as amended, which govern the transport of toxic materials on rivers and estuaries within the United Kingdom, will be revised to take account of recent internationally agreed conditions for the transport of marine pollutants by ships.
