§ Mr. EggarThe Department of Employment Group, comprising the Employment Department, the Employment Service, the Advisory Conciliation and Arbitration Service, the Health and Safety Executive, and the Training Agency has received a total of 383 subject access requests under the Data Protection Act. Before the subject access date of 11 November 1987, it was not possible to make any firm estimate of the number of requests which would be received. We are currently reviewing subject access fee charging policy in the Department of Employment Group.
