§ Mr. McLoughlinMy right hon. Friend announced, on 24 May,Official Report, column 288, the setting up of a joint working party with the General Council of British Shipping to take a wide look at the circumstances in which the British shipping industry operates, including the main obstacles to the use of the British flag.
When the working party has reported we will consider what action, if any, should be taken.
