§ Mr. MichaelTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list for the financial years 1985–86 to 1989–90 the inflation figure his Department advised(a) district councils, (b) county councils and (c) health authorities in Wales to use in their advance planning and estimate making for each specific financial year.
