To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what guidelines he has issued for the procedures for the appointment of chief executives of the non-departmental public bodies in Wales.

§ Mr. David Hunt
No formal guidance has been issued. The appointment procedures for chief executives in the bodies for which I have responsibility vary in accordance with the body's constitution.

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales when he last convened a meeting of the chief executives of the non-departmental public bodies in Wales.

The last meeting was on 13 February 1989. This year's meeting is to be held on 14 November 1990.

To ask the Secretary of State for Wales what is the public expenditure budget of each of the non-departmental public bodies in Wales.
