§ Mr. Michael ForsythA booklet called "The NHS Reforms and You" will be distributed shortly to every household in Scotland, describing the changes in the NHS in Scotland following the introduction of the new contract for family doctors and the National Health Service and Community Care Act which received Royal Assent on 29 June. It contains a three-page section giving information about help which is available to citizens, and how to make complaints about the treatment provided by the NHS.
