§ Mr. Peter LloydI understand from the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis that the police made 31 seizures of herbal cannabis amounting to 315 grammes; 32 seizures of cannabis resin amounting to 592 grammes; and two seizures of cocaine amounting to nearly 5 grammes.
