To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if his Department has considered an application for an exhibition relating to the Commonwealth Development Corporation to be displayed in the Upper Waiting Hall.

I understand that, under procedures agree by the Services Committee, arrangements have been made with the authorities of the House for the exhibition to be held in the Upper Waiting Hall from 29 October to 2 November 1990.
