What was the total amount and the street value of cocaine and heroin seized by HM Customs in the first six months of 1990, what were the comparable figures for 1987, 1988 and 1989.

The estimated street values given are calculated using an evaluation by the National Drugs Intelligence Unit of street prices in July 1990; they assume the drugs are of 100 per cent. purity.
