§ Mr. WaldegraveThe investigation into the Lockerbie air disaster is being pursued by the Dumfries and Galloway constabulary, under the direction of my noble and learned friend the Lord Advocate. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office stands ready to assist the constabulary in any way they require in pursuit of international aspect of the investigation.
