§ The Attorney-GeneralThe countries subscribing to the European agreement on the transmission of applications for legal aid are:
- Austria
- Belgium
- Denmark
- Eire
- France
- Greece
- Italy
- Luxembourg
- Norway
- Portugal
- Spain
- Sweden
- Turkey
Finland, which is not a member state of the Council of Europe, has acceded to the agreement.
