§ Mrs. ChalkerThe planned aid budget for 1990–91 of £1,587 million set out in this year's Public Expenditure White Paper (Cm. 1002) was £75 million higher than the earlier planning figure for 1990–91 set out in Cmd. 602. This covers in part the increased expenditure arising from the Prime Minister's announcement in November 1989 that we aimed to commit a further £100 million on forestry projects over the next three years.
