§ Mr. SainsburyWe have normal diplomatic relations with the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. On 17 May, my right hon. Friend the Minister of State for Overseas Development announced a package of humanitarian assistance for Vietnam. We now expect Vietnam to respect its obligations under international law and accept back all its citizens who are not refugees, which remains an obstacle to the development of our relations.
