§ Mrs. Virginia BottomleyIn order to qualify for a sessional payment, health promotion clinics must meet the criteria laid down in paragraph 30 of the GPs' "Statement of Fees and Allowances" (a copy of which is held in the Library). The main requirements are(a) the purpose of the clinic is approved by the family practitioner committee, (b) each clinic normally attracts a minimum of 10 patients and (c) it lasts for a minimum of one hour.
