§ Mr. GristMy right hon. Friend has no plans to do so. A wide-ranging consultation exercise has been completed, with both community health councils and district health authorities, among many others, commenting fully on the proposals.
My right hon. Friend hopes to announce a decision on the future structure of the community health councils in Wales shortly.
