To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science (1) in respect of each city technology college, what amount of annual per capita grant he has agreed to pay for the financial year beginning in September; what unit of cost per pupil has been used in calculating the amount of annual per capita grant; how this cost has been determined; and what enhancement of annual per capita grant has been allowed under the terms of paragraph 11 of the model funding agreement;

(2) in respect of each city technology college, what amount of earmarked annual grant he has agreed to pay in the financial year beginning in September; and for what purpose each element of earmarked annual grant has been approved.
