§ Mr. DorrellRepresentations were received in the form of amendments to the National Health Service and Community Care Bill, and correspondence from Age Concern, (England).
We have no plans to reform section 47 but we shall be keeping the operation of these provisions under review as our new community care arrangements take effect.
