§ Mr. MichaelTo ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will set out in full the terms of reference for the recent study undertaken on behalf of the Welsh Office by the University of Manchester in relation to the development of the all-Wales strategy for mental health.
§ Mr. GristThe study has been commissioned to show, with particular reference to the work of social services departments, the extent to which current services conform to the objectives of the all-Wales mental illness strategy and to indentify factors which either promote or inhibit its fulfilment.
