§ Mr. RedwoodMy officials are currently considering with the industry whether there is evidence of serious injury to domestic producers arising directly from the import of manhole covers from India which might justify a call for safeguard restrictions. Any decision to impose restrictions would ultimately be a matter for the European Community.
