§ Mr. WaldegraveThe know-how fund for Poland is already in operation. That for Hungary starts in April. The fund will be extended to other east European countries once they are fully committed to reform. The principal aim of the fund will be the same in all cases: to provide advice and training to help with the transition to democracy and a market economy.
