Mr. Colin Shepherd

To ask the Secretary of State for Health if he will show in theOfficial Report the increase in purchasing power made available for hospital and community health services, excluding the cost improvement programme and income generation, for the years 1986, 1987, 1988 and 1989, estimated, using an index which would show 1980 as 100.
