§ Mr. WakehamThe United Kingdom representative at the Energy Council will be decided on nearer the time. The agenda for the Council will not be published until shortly before the Council; but we expect discussion to cover the Commission's four internal energy market proposals and other issues, including possibly energy and the environment.
