To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his reply to the hon. Member for Meirionnydd Nant Conwy,Official Report, 12 January, column 779, if he will make it his policy to arrange for a study to be conducted of the arrangements for the safeguarding of fissile material from warheads dismantled as part of arms reduction agreements.
