§ Mrs. ChalkerMembership of the southern African development co-ordination conference is limited to countries in the region. I shall attend their annual consultation meeting with donors in Lusaka on 1 and 2 February.
§ 85. Mr. BoswellTo ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs which Minister of his Department will represent Her Majesty's Government at the southern African development co-ordination conference.
