§ Mr. EggarThe Commission's allocation of European social fund money to the United Kingdom for 1990 is likely to be lower than in 1989. Against that background and the priorities of the Community support frameworks approved recently by the European Commission, I am considering all eligible applications for ESF support including those of voluntary bodies. I cannot yet say what the allocations to voluntary organisations for training will be.
