§ Mrs. ChalkerI have little to add to the reply given to my hon. Friend the Member for Billericay by the Prime Minister on 9 January in response to her question on assistance to Poland and Hungary. We will extend the know-how funds to the other countries in eastern Europe once they are fully committed to reform.
