§ Lord James Douglas-HamiltonThe Institution of Civil Engineers has provided comments on the consultative paper issued by the Scottish Development Department on the routes south of Edinburgh study. These, and other comments which have been received, are currently being considered and a statement on the results of the consultation exercise will be made in due course.
