§ The Prime MinisterI had a useful meeting with Dame Lydia Dunn and Mr. Allen Lee, the two Senior Members of the Office of the Members of the Executive and Legislative Councils, on 23 January. I listened very carefully to what they had to say about Hong Kong's902W constitutional development. I assured them that we would take their views into account in taking our decisions about this important matter.
