§ Mr. ChopeNone. Cash incentive schemes, under which existing local authority tenants are assisted to move into homes of their own and so release vacancies for reletting, cam make a valuable contribution to housing the homeless, but it is for each authority to consider whether to seek approval for a scheme for its area.
