§ Mr. PaiceTo ask the Secretary of State for the Environment what powers the Nature Conservancy 649W Council has to negotiate financial management agreements with owners and occupiers of sites of special scientific interest for the carrying out of operations or activities for the purposes of maintaining, enhancing or restoring the nature conservation interest of such sites; and how many such agreements were made in each of the last five years.
