§ Mr. MoynihanI refer the hon. Member to the answer given to him by my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State responsible for housing on 13 December,Official Report, Volume 163; column 727. The Department is continuing to appraise the applications for both city grant and estate action support and I hope it will be possible to reach decisions on both cases in the near future.
