To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security (1) whether he has any plans to introduce a de minimis level on the application for the full extent normal rule for unemployment benefit; and if he will make a statement;

(2) whether he has any plans to introduce an upper weekly earnings limit for unemployment benefit; and if he will make a statement.
