§ Mr. MellorI understand that NTVLRO dispatched a reply to the hon. Member on 9 January, and told him this when he telephoned on 10 January. The break for Christmas and the new year did cause some delay in 379W responding, and NTVLRO regrets that the customary interim reply had not been sent in this instance. Its procedures are being reviewed to deal with this.
