§ Mr. CurryI have received no representations about illegal fishing by Spanish trawlers following publication of the letter in theFishing News of 27 October 1989. Enforcement of Community legislation is for the member state concerned. But if I receive information about alleged illegal activities by other fishermen, I will of course pass this on to the EC Commission.
