Commission Communication (Section (89) 2098 on 4 December 1989) presented to the Internal Market Council on 21 December identified the following 10 directives that have been implemented in all member states. They include a number of measures which have time derogations in limited member states. For a more detailed picture of the state of play on implementation, I refer the hon.
