To ask the Secretary of State for Transport if he will make a statement concerning future plans for new underground railways serving south-east London.

The Jubilee extension to docklands will improve accessibility to Southwark and Bermondsey. London Regional Transport is also considering further the case for extensions of the East London line and the docklands light railway to parts of south-east London.
