§ Mr. WaldegraveAs a depositary power of the nuclear non-proliferation treaty, the United Kingdom is naturally keen to work for the success of the review conference. To this end, a considerable amount of research has been undertaken by the Department into matters covered by the treaty, and there have been a number of discussions with the other depositary powers, and with other parties to the treaty.
