Other performance targets I have agreed for 1990 are as follows: 95W
Value for money 2 per cent. improvement in 1990 on 1989 for purchases of stationery and paper; office machinery and printing and binding. Service and Quality Print orders delivered to time Vital 100 per cent. Overall 95 per cent. Print orders delivered without fault 100 per cent. Print production jobs delivered to time Basic: 100 per cent. Overall: 95 per cent. Print production jobs delivered without fault : 100 per cent. Stock catalogue items 90 per cent. of customers orders despatched within five days of receipt. 95 per cent. of all items and 97 per cent. of priority items despatched "first time" from stocks Publications—80 per cent. of customer orders and telephone orders from Publications Centre despatched within four days and 90 per cent. within five days of receipt. In the longer term these targets should, where appropriate, become progressively more demanding.
