To ask the Secretary of State for Energy (1) how estimated electricity bills to domestic consumers are calculated;

(2) if he will give for each year since 1979 and for each area board the number of electricity bills to domestic consumers which have been estimated;

(3) if he will give for each year since 1979 and for each area board the number of complaints from domestic consumers about estimated electricity bills;

(4) if he will give for each year since 1979 and for each area board the number of electricity bills to domestic consumers which have recorded credits due to overestimation in the use of electricity in previous bills.
