§ Mr. WaldegraveOur bilateral relations remain excellent. I am pleased to say that Shaikh Sa'ad Abdullah Al Sabah, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Kuwait, has recently accepted an invitation to visit the United Kingdom as a guest of the Government later this year.
