§ Mr. Peter WalkerI am fully apprised of the economic conditions for upland farms in Wales. The economic conditions in the hills and uplands of Wales were assessed during the annual review of the hill livestock compensatory allowances (HLCAs). An announcement on the HLCA rates for 1990 will be made very shortly.
