§ Mrs. ChalkerBritish experts visited Brazil on several occasions between August and December and identified a number of well-defined possibilities for collaborative projects in tropical rain forests and urban environment. Detailed proposals are now being prepared by the Brazilian authorities for our consideration. I wrote to the hon. Member on 3 November and again on 20 December giving details of progress on the more advanced projects.
