§ Mr. FreemanPublication of the annual series of House of Commons papers on the National Health Service accounts will remain the responsibility of the National Audit Office. Some changes in the format and content of the published accounts will however be necessary from 1991–92 as a consequence of the proposals in the White Paper "Working for Patients".
