§ Mr. RifkindYes. Subject to parliamentary approval of the necessary supplementary estimate, the cash limit for class XVI, vote 27, Hospital and Community Health Services, Scotland, will be increased by £16,237,000 from £8,697,000 to £24,934,000 to take account of increased expenditure by health boards. This increase will be partially offset by savings of £4,500,000 elsewhere within the Scottish block. The balance will be charged to the reserve.
