To ask the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he has any further plans to encourage the use of school sports facilities by voluntary organisations when not in use by the school concerned.

With my hon. Friend the Minister for Sport, I intend to issue a document giving practical guidance on the dual use of school sports facilities. Publication is due in early April 1990.
